Chicken Momo

1) Chicken Momo

Materials:

One and half cup of flour, 1 cup of chicken mince, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of raw chilli powder, a little white pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon of onion barista  .

Method:

Make dough with flour with a little salt and adequate amount of water.  Make bread like small loaves.  Mix together the chicken mince with soy sauce, green chillies, white pepper powder, oil, coriander leaves.  Put minced meat in the bread.  Now put it on steam and take it out after 10 minutes.  Serve hot.

Materials:

One and half cup of flour, half of salt, half a cup of mashed carrot, half a cup of cauliflower, 2 tablespoons of onion sprouts, 1 teaspoon of ginger, half a teaspoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of chopped onion  , 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon of raw chilli powder.

Method:

Fry the onion lightly in oil with all the vegetables and spices.  Stir in the tomato sauce and green chillies.  Make dough with salt and adequate amount of water.  Put small loaves of bread in the sand and fold the vegetables on the other side.  Steam for 5 minutes and remove.  Serve hot.

Materials:

8 cabbage leaves, 2 cups of minced chicken, half a cup of carrots, 1 teaspoon of raw chilli powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, half a teaspoon of hot spice powder, a little nutmeg-jaggery powder, black pepper  A little salt.

Method:

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the salt.  Grate the carrots.  Mix carrot, olive oil, green chillies, soy sauce, hot spice powder, nutmeg-jaytri powder, black pepper powder all together with minced meat.  Put this mixture inside the copy leaf and make a roll.  Now put it in the steamer and steam it.  When boiled, take it down.  Serve hot.

4) Chicken Flower Dumplings

Materials:

2 cups of minced chicken, 1 teaspoon of gingerbread, half a teaspoon of garlic, half a teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of raw chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of mint leaves, 1 cup of basmati rice, a little salt  .

Method:

Wash the basmati rice and soak it in a little salt water for half an hour.  Then drain the rice water.  Mix ginger, garlic, soy sauce, black pepper powder and mint well.  Make round balls.  Now roll the meat balls in the rice.  Steam for 10 to 15 minutes.  When boiled, lower and serve hot.

Tortelini

Materials:

1 cup flour, 1 egg, a little salt, 1 cup chicken or beef mince, half a teaspoon of black pepper powder, half a teaspoon of nutmeg powder, 1 tablespoon of beaten egg, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 1/2 cups of stock, 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 1 clove of garlic  Tea-spoon, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.

Method:

Mix eggs and salt with flour and leave it for a while.  Mix pepper powder, nutmeg powder, egg, salt with minced meat.  Cut the thin bread into small squares.  Put the minced meat inside and put the corners on both sides and turn the other two sides together.  Stir in tomato sauce, garlic, soy sauce with stock in the oven.  Now pour the tortillas in the boiling stock.  When boiled, lower and serve hot.

Rice Momo

6) Rice Momo

Materials:

1 cup of rice powder, amount of salt, 1 cup of basmati rice, 2 tablespoons of carrot, 2 tablespoons of peas, half a teaspoon of white pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oregano.

Method:

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes.  Boil basmati rice and carrot and add water.  Boil rice powder in salt water to make dough and make thin bread with it.  You can also buy rice paper from the supershop and use it instead of bread.  Take a look at the preparation on the packet.  Mix peas, white pepper powder, a little salt, oregano and soy sauce with half boiled rice and carrots.  Insert into thin bread and wrap.  Put it in the steamer and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.  Serve hot.
