How to Make Simple Syrup At Home
- 1 cup (220 g) granulated white sugar
- 1 cup (240 ml) of water
Method 1: Prepare simple syrup:
- Fill a pan with equal amounts of water and sugar and then mix. Keep in mind that the sugar will dissolve, so, in the end, you will get a little less than you thought. If you started with 1 cup (220 g) of sugar and 1 cup (240 ml) of water, you will get 1 ½ cups (360 ml) of simple syrup.
